Tahun 2010, Arwin memulai perjalanan transformasi digital CIMB Niaga. Sejak itu, lahir banyak produk digital CIMB Niaga yang menjadi pionir. Salah satunya, Rekening Ponsel, sebuah produk digital unggulan, di mana semua transaksi keuangan, seperti tarik tunai, transfer, pembelian, dan pembayaran, menggunakan handphone (HP), dengan nomor HP yang berfungsi sebagai nomor rekening bank.

Technology has changed lives. Changing the face of industry and civilization. Banking is no exception. All started from the rapid advancement of information and communication technology. Since the 2G era changed to 3G, then 4G to 5G, the financial industry has experienced a revolution with the birth of fintech (financial technology) companies. The three magic elements of a technology-based company, namely “Platform”, “Ecosystem”, and “OmniChannel”, have changed the paradigm in doing business where ownership and growth of assets are not everything. Having served for less than half of his term, he and his team had successfully doubled the market capitalization of the state-owned telecommunications giant so that it accounted for more than 15 percent of the total value of the Indonesian stock market. Both market players and the company’s other stakeholders warmly welcomed the various strategic initiatives he introduced to boost the company’s value.
